The Melbourne District Veteran Golfers Association Inc. Reg A0028046L is an Incorporated Association with Consumer Affairs Victoria under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012.
The Special Resolution adopting the Model Rules of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 with amendments as set out in the Schedule attached to the Explanatory Statement passed at our AGM 26 September 2016 has been accepted by Consumer Affairs Victoria.
The Special Resolution to delete Rule 71(3) was approved at AGM 25/9/2017 and accepted by Consumer Affairs 3/10/2017.
Further amendments to Rules 8, 12, 14(e), 17 & 54(10) were approved at AGM 23/9/2019 and accepted by Consumer Affairs 1/10/2019
Amendment to Rule 8 (Membership Eligibility) approved at AGM 18/9/2023 and accepted by Consumer Affairs 24/10/2023
