For the Presidents Invitational we arrived at the course with some great weather for golf. We had 20 pairs vs 20 pairs in 4BBB Stableford format.
The course was in excellent condition and the greens were a little slower which bought out some excellent results. There were some great scores with the majority of games coming down to the last few holes to determine the winner. Unlike previous years the overall result was very close with Melbourne Vets winning 11.5 matches to Hume Vets winning 8.5 matches.
The event was thoroughly enjoyed by all and played in very good spirits. I am sure we will be back for a rematch this time next year
