When we arrived at the Heritage Country Club the weather was fine and we were in for a great day for golf. After a short briefing from Naiomi it was off in our brand new carts to find our allocated starting holes.
We had 54 golfers play at the St Johns course in sunny conditions. The course was in excellent condition with the greens being a bit on the slow side. We had 2 new members playing their first game: Tim Chamberlain from Future Golf and Paul O’Bryan from Lakeside Albert Park. Then we had 1 Visitor Deb Cunningham from Brighton.

The A Grade Winner on the day was Neil O’Keefe (18) from Heathcote with 38 Points from runner up Don Walker (13) from Riversdale with 35 points on a countback from Tony Quinlan (11) from Northern.
The B Grade Winner was Russell Scott (23) from Kew with 39 points from runner up Peter Barter (25) from Craigieburn on 36 points.
